Anne Leinonen is a journalist, editor and author, and active in the Finnish SF/Fantasy community. Her short fiction has won multiple awards, and she moves effortlessly within and between the genres of science fiction, fantasy and horror. Her works are noted for the recurring themes of otherness and crossing the borders of different worlds.

Palkitun kirjailijan huimia tieteisnovelleja nyt englanniksi!

Anne Leinonen on toimittaja ja kirjailija, jonka tuotantoon kuuluvat niin novellit, romaanit kuin yhteistyössä tehdyt teokset. Hän yhdistelee teksteissään eri lajityyppejä tieteiskirjallisuudesta fantasiaan ja kauhuun. Tässä teoksessa on mukana Atorox-voittajanovellit Valkeita lankoja (White threads), Nahat (The Skinner), Toisinkainen (The Otherling), Portti-kirjoituskilpailun voittaja Oliverin kirja (Oliver´s Book) sekä Mestariseppä (The Mastersmith).

Leinosen yhdessä Petri Laineen kanssa kirjoitettu novellikokoelma Kuulen laulun kaukaisen (Kuoriaiskirjat 2014) oli Tähtivaeltaja-palkintoehdokkaana vuonna 2015.
